Jaime Gonzales

Project Manager/Quality Control

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Jaime drives scalable growth and operational excellence across startups, Fortune 50 partnerships, and government sectors. As COO of a health-tech SaaS company, he doubled billable output in just six weeks by streamlining infrastructure and workflows. His career spans business development, P&L ownership, and strategy execution, with a proven track record of securing multimillion-dollar contracts and advising on $5M–$200M proposals. Jaime also led aerospace supply chain programs with Boeing and Honeywell, achieving 99.8% on-time delivery under AS9100/ISO9001 standards. A founder, advisor, and strategic operator, he brings disciplined execution and entrepreneurial agility to every engagement—delivering results for clients and building high-performing teams that scale.

Our Site Superintendents are the backbone of day-to-day field operations. With years of experience overseeing grading and earthwork projects, they are responsible for coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring that every task meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Their hands-on expertise allows them to anticipate challenges in the field, make quick adjustments, and keep projects moving efficiently.

From reading plans and setting grades to coordinating with surveyors, engineers, and contractors, our superintendents bring both technical knowledge and leadership to the jobsite. Their proven track record in managing complex projects—while maintaining attention to detail—ensures that every site is prepared with precision and delivered on time.
